Creature Mark
Spring 2025
My goal for this project was to utilize basic design components to depict a creature that exhibits a distinct set of physical, behavioral, and personality characteristics.
Objective:
Research:
After doing some research, I concluded that Tuxedo Cats have many traits. They are lazy, loving, calm, and observant. Though they may not be seen at first, they are hard to miss once you notice them.

Below I did iterations on the paws, whiskers, and worked on line weight and pattern.

Phase 1 Final:
For phase 2 of this project, I was challenged to use both our creature marks and a phrase to help further emphasize the physical and associated attributes of our creatures. My phrase for this phase was "The tuxedo cat waits silent and unseen.
